Policies

My commitment is to support you and I want you to have the best treatment possible.
 
In order to have a great experience, please read over my policies and make sure that you understand them before booking. By scheduling an appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies.

 

Cancellation/No Show Charges

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the cost of their scheduled session. Clients who cancel less than 12 hours or no-show for their appointment will be charged the full session rate to the card on file. However, I’m happy to waive the cancellation fee if you can arrange for someone else to take your place.​ For any reason if I cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice due to an emergency on my end, your rescheduled massage session will be charged at the 50% reduced rate.

Credit Card On File

A valid credit card is required to be placed on file in order to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you do not adhere to the cancellation/no-show policy. If you have any concerns about this please let me know, alternatively I am happy to take pre-payment at the time of booking. 

Intake Form

Upon booking your first appointment you will be emailed an online intake form, please fill out your form and agreements at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any time you have a change to your health, medications, or personal information (ie address/phone number) an update will be added to your file to ensure your paperwork is up to date. Please inform me before the appointment of any updates.
